Paper Abstract:	One way to improve the accessibility of public facilities is to increase the facilities’ attractiveness to users. This study examined the determinants of public library visits using public opinion poll data and statistically tested the effects of those variables. In addition the accessibility of public libraries in Seoul was calculated by setting determinant of user’s visit as supply factors. As a result, accessibility considering library’s attractiveness was showed different patterns from accessibility predicted by physical location.
